Meet the Endodontist: Dr. Nuno Pinto
Dr. Nuno Pinto stands out as a leading figure in Portuguese Endodontics. With a degree in Dental Medicine from the Instituto Superior de Ciências da Saúde - Sul (2001) and a Master's in Endodontics from the International University of Catalonia (2004), Dr. Pinto has been exclusively focused on Endodontics since 2001. He frequently shares his knowledge at international courses and congresses and is a proud member of the Portuguese Endodontic Association.
Training Details: Advanced Practical Learning
The training sessions, held on August 3rd and 10th at OralMED Clinics in Cascais and Gaia, provided a unique platform for our dentists to refine their endodontic skills. The sessions covered advanced topics, including:
Microscopic operating techniques
Use of ultrasound in endodontic procedures
Instrumentation with Platinum-Bondent files
Endodontic retreatment
Participants engaged in hands-on practical exercises, applying their skills on natural and acrylic teeth, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
