SATISFIED PATIENTS IN 2021

Quality of OralMED services in the spotlight



About 95% of patients who visited OralMED Dental Medicine clinics in 2021 positively evaluated their care. These data were recorded by the OralMED Quality Barometer and reflect the work carried out daily by Oral Health professionals and support areas across more than 60 clinics of the OralMED HEALTH Group.


 

95%: vast majority of patients highlight service quality

Throughout 2021, over 18,100 patient evaluations were collected regarding service quality: 82.3% of patients say they are very satisfied with the quality of care at OralMED clinics, and 12.9% say they are satisfied.


These evaluations are the result of the work of hundreds of employees who are part of the OralMED Health Group and who guide their daily activities according to rigorous quality standards. They strive not only to provide the best Dental Medicine services to all OralMED Patients but also to work actively with the communities where the clinical units are located to raise awareness about the importance of Oral Health.


Vigilant and active, towards excellence

With the aim of evaluating development and improvement opportunities not only in the daily work carried out by OralMED Dental Medicine clinics but also in support areas, the OralMED Satisfaction Index plays a fundamental role in activating optimization strategies.


About 1.4% of patients say their clinic experience did not meet their expectations at all. This percentage has decreased compared to 2020 and reflects the result of strategies implemented to deal with all the constraints caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.


Once again, it is possible to confirm that there are no cases of dissatisfaction related to treatments or clinical procedures.


Quality monitoring: OralMED Satisfaction Index

The Satisfaction Index is the responsibility of the OralMED Quality Barometer. It results from internal audit processes that regularly monitor the services provided in the more than 60 clinical units owned by the OralMED Health Group. Through this process, patients are consulted to continue improving all dimensions of their clinical care: from the moment of first contact and reception, to the service provided in the medical office, and subsequent support after the completion of treatments.


This audit results in monthly and annual reports that trigger internal optimization and problem-solving mechanisms, allowing any existing gaps to be addressed.
