11 years of OralMED Barreiro and other important dates
The beginning of the year is always a significant moment for the OralMED Health Group. It's a period when some of the most important dates in the history of the first Portuguese group specializing in Dental Medicine are marked.
Turning the decade with a special mission
In January, the first OralMED clinic celebrated another year since its opening. OralMED Barreiro marked its 11th anniversary, signaling the turn of a decade dedicated to an important mission: raising awareness about the importance of Oral Health.
In operation since 2010, the Barreiro clinic quickly became a reference in Dental Medicine in the region. More than 35,000 patients have been treated there since its opening.
Regarding the success of the clinical work developed daily, Dr. Carolina Goulão Pinto, clinical director, explains:
"We have been able to solve the Oral Health problems that come to us thanks to the team's commitment and dedication in all cases. From the simplest to the most clinically complex. [...] The resolution of treatments is facilitated by this well-structured team, specialized in various areas."
Oral Health also became accessible to everyone in Almada 10 years ago
The OralMED Almada clinic also marked its anniversary in January, completing 10 years since opening its doors.
In 2011, the OralMED clinic closest to Cristo-Rei was the fourth unit of the Portuguese group to operate under a Vision based on the democratization of Dental Medicine:
