OPERATIONS MANAGERS MEET TO PREPARE FOR 2022

The OralMED Health Group will unlock the Future by conquering the Present

Operations Managers from the now over 60 proprietary clinics of the OralMED Health Group gathered to review the past year and prepare the strategic plan for 2022. The meeting took place at Torres de Lisboa, headquarters of the largest Portuguese group specialized in Dental Medicine, throughout October 6th.

At the 2021 Operations and Quality Meeting, which had the motto "Conquering the Present to unlock the Future", the OralMED 21/22 Normalization Plan was reviewed. This plan aims to break down the final barriers brought by the pandemic over the last 2 years, which have impacted the entire Dental Medicine sector.

Following the COVID-19 vaccination plan that has brought back some pre-pandemic reality, normalization strategies will begin to be put into practice throughout the last quarter of this year.

In addition to the operational regularization of all clinics of the Portuguese group and other business areas, the "OralMED 21/22 Normalization Plan" also provides for various measures that will not only accelerate the return to normality but also stimulate the sustained growth of the entire OralMED Health Group.
