Operations and Quality Meeting Reviews the 1st Quarter of 2022
The Directors and Managers of Operations and Quality from the first Portuguese group specialized in Dental Medicine gathered at the Congress Center of Hotel Quinta da Lágrimas, in Coimbra, to review the first quarter of 2022 and revise the operational plan for this year.

Hotel Quinta das Lágrimas had already hosted the OralMED Saúde Group in 2020, before the pandemic. It was chosen as the venue to address the return to full normality of the operational plan.
Under the motto "Looking at the Past and Building the Future", the operations managers of the OralMED Saúde Group came together to consolidate the strategies and objectives outlined at the end of last year. They focused on projections for the short and medium-term future, which is expected to be very favorable for the Portuguese group. A leading group in the Dental Medicine sector, which already has more than 60 of its own clinical units across the country.
"It's essential to stop and look at what has been done. These three months didn't come without their challenges, but we managed to build a lot. This turned out to be very positive, as it allowed us to draw several lessons that will enable us to continue working to maintain our level of excellence in the country's Dental Medicine sector," explained Ricardo Serra, National Operations Director of the OralMED Saúde Group.
For 2022, in addition to the continuous work of optimizing its administrative procedures, the group also plans to continue with its expansion plan, which was interrupted two years ago due to the obstacles brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
