OralMED Health Group brings Managers together to look at the Future by analyzing the Present

On October 14th, the OralMED Health Group will gather Operations Managers from its 51 owned clinics for a strategic planning and review meeting. The event will take place at Torres de Lisboa, the Portuguese group's headquarters, and will last throughout the day.

This will be a crucial moment for the teams responsible for Operations and Quality in OralMED clinical units. In a year marked by adversity, in addition to the usual review, strategies will be defined to optimize processes that have been affected due to the pandemic.

It's worth remembering that after being forced to close on March 16th following the DGS (General Health Directorate) guidelines, OralMED Dental Medicine clinics resumed non-urgent care on May 11th, but maintained a series of restrictions to ensure the safety of all patients and staff.
