97% of JUST-SMILE Institute Patients Recognize Quality of Services
Although 2021 was still a year strongly affected by the pandemic, it was possible to maintain the excellence of services provided by the JUST-SMILE Institute: 97% of patients who visited the clinical unit dedicated to Advanced Implantology treatments last year say they are satisfied with the care.
The data comes from the latest JUST-SMILE Satisfaction Index.
JUST-SMILE Patients Are Very Satisfied with Their Treatments
With a 97% satisfaction rate, the vast majority of JUST-SMILE Institute patients are very satisfied. Of the evaluations collected, 10% of patients are satisfied, and a majority of 87% say they are very satisfied with their experience at the JUST-SMILE Institute - a number that has increased compared to 2020 and results from the quality standards of services provided by the Advanced Implantology Institute.
Celebrating Excellence, on the Path to Perfection
Only 0.4% of JUST-SMILE Institute patients say their clinical experience did not fully meet their expectations. While this figure is not significant, it reveals room for continued optimization in some aspects of care. It's noted that there are no cases of dissatisfaction related to clinical procedures.
Quality Monitoring: JUST-SMILE Satisfaction Index
The JUST-SMILE Satisfaction Index results from internal audit processes that regularly monitor the services provided at the specialized clinical unit. Through this process, patients are consulted to continue improvements in all dimensions of their care: from the moment of first contact and reception, to the service provided in the doctor's office, and subsequent support after the completion of treatments.
This audit results in monthly and annual reports that trigger internal mechanisms for optimization and problem-solving, allowing any gaps that may exist to be addressed.
