120+ Lives Touched, €100,000+ Invested in Dental Care
In 2021, the OralMED Saúde Group transformed its vision into reality with the launch of OralMED Solidária. This groundbreaking initiative has channeled over €100,000 into vital dental treatments for beneficiaries of Private Social Solidarity Institutions (IPSS) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) across Portugal. One year on, the impact has been nothing short of remarkable.
Turning a Vision into Action

This conviction led to the creation of OralMED Solidária, an initiative designed to bridge the gap for those who, due to life's challenges, struggle to access essential dental care. By extending a helping hand to the most vulnerable in our communities, OralMED Dental Medicine clinics are making a tangible difference where it matters most.
A Year in Numbers: 120+ Lives, €100,000+ Impact
The figures speak volumes: through OralMED Solidária, the Group has invested over €100,000 in dental treatments throughout 2021. This generosity has touched more than 35 IPSS and NGOs from the northern tip to the southern coast of Portugal. Most importantly, over 120 individuals at risk have found care and support within OralMED Dental Medicine clinics. This initiative stands as one of the most significant acts of solidarity in Portugal's dental healthcare sector to date.
A Commitment to Ongoing Support
Sustainability and social responsibility have always been at the heart of OralMED Saúde Group's mission. As such, OralMED Solidária pledges to continue its vital work, offering support to elderly individuals in vulnerable situations, at-risk youth and children, citizens with disabilities, and those in social reintegration programs through their partnering institutions.
We invite IPSS and NGOs to reach out with their cases to solidaria@oralmed.pt. Our dedicated OralMED Solidária team will carefully review each submission, working closely with institutions to provide tailored support for identified at-risk individuals.
